This is something that I hate so much that I cannot even describe.
But I'll try something out. I think that Plaid are really stupid for
not rereleasing Mbuki Mvuki on CD and vynil. Also, it goes for
AFX/Caustic Window, Philosophy of sound..., Cavity Job, . . . . .
All of these are really bunch of ignorant fools. They have the money
and people's requests for rereleasing and they still don't do it.
Sorry, but I just don't understand this . . .
For example we got records like Lego Feet, Bola 1, Freeform : Free ep,
Mask twelves, . . bla . .blah . . . . . . And I understand why they are
not rereleasing their stuff (yet). First of all because of the money which
they haven't got enough, because of not so many requests and
because of . . .
But I know for sure, when they became bigger labels, they won't
rerelease this records either. Imo, if I'd have a label I
would rerelease all my early 12"-only-releases on CD and vynil later .
But they won't do this, and I cannot understand it. So we have
many people today who are buying records for 50-150$USD,
but I won't do this anymore. This is not music listening and enjoying
anymore, it's f**king collecting and it kills music and its purpose.
I am uncureable collector myself, but I am trying to stop with that.
So I say : F**k em , there is plenty of great music out there for 6 - 25USD
!
