quite the opposite.. the average Bjork fan doesn't know. the average MTV
viewer doesn't know. you might not think that matters, but when i read
rolling stone or spin (as i'm so wont to do occasionally) and hear them
lauding bjork as a musical genius (creative, innovative, BREAKING NEW
GROUNDS) it just irks me because i can see her sitting in her studio,
sipping on a soda, pointing at howie b, goldie, tricky, mark bell, plaid,
etc, etc telling them "yeah that sounds good. let me howl over that for a
minute." and yet, she gets all the credit in the press. of course, the IDM
list knows, but still...
