i received my copy of Let Us Play yesterday and, wow, it's a scorcher
(as if we expected anything less). i don't even know where to start.
it's got jazzy stoner vibes, experimental musings, gallons of funk,
dub, humor, weird beat poetry/lyrics and a whole "extra" CDROM full of
videos and toys to play with!
musically, there is a LOT of depth here. the longer tracks use the
extra length to fully explore and play with the material, rather than
pointlessly looping to fill up space.
i'd advise anyone on this list with two ears to run out and get this
as soon as possible.
