It'd be a pretty boring world if everyone tuned, EQ'd and panned their
bassdrum kicks to the same values. Personally, I always liked the
sketchy
approach Mike has to programming his rhythms - sometimes it works
perfectly, other times it's totally incongruous (sp) but darn it, it
usually just seems to work.
