About Leaf: It's a London record label founded last year by London 4AD employee Tony Morley. He has an interest in dance band, which until recently 4AD has shyed away from. 4AD has ignored the dance/IDM market far too long IMHO, although Gus Gus sounds promising...
Leaf's first release was a 4-track compilation EP called Invisible Soundtracks Volume 1 (REEL 1), released last summer. Tony Wilson and Neil Halstead (of Slowdive/Mojave 3 fame) have a song on it called "A Harsh Truth" under the name ZURICH. This track sounds just like it could be an outtake from "Pygmalion", for any of you Slowdive fans in the audience. Rest of the EP is blissful ambience.
