Interesting question as I've wondered about that myself :-)
A couple of months ago, I bought a 12" called 'Vertigo' written by Jack Smooth
and Chris Simmonds for Wax Factory Productions which dates from 1995. The label
is Bomba Recordings [BOMB 12020]. I got it after only a brief listen, because
for some daft reason I thought it was Jeremy Simmonds of Vibert/Simmonds/Weirs.
(I do sometimes suffer from trainspotting gone wrong disease)
Nervous hi-hats, standard handclap/house beats, some spatial synth whooshing in
the background, the occasional change of pace, you can dance to it, but ...
In short: it doesn't do /anything/ for me. You're welcome to it.
