They didn't come with a front cover booklet.
It's a US promo-only interview disc... some tracks off of SAWII, very
short interview bits with RDJ, snippets of live performances, and an
*exclusive* track (if you want to call it that - but then again, why the hell
not?).
I would imagine that they were sent to all of the undeserving record
shops, radio stations, and periodicals throughout the US in an attempt to
actually be listened to. Instead, they just ended up as lunch money [trade
fodder] for those who got them in the first place. Liberate the promos I say!
