That sounds quite like the Frank De Wulf I have heard since (87-88ish). He put out loads of records on Music Man in the late 80's and typified the "New Beat" and neo-acid sound of that era. A lot of his records were megamixes of then-current acid and new beat tracks; a few seconds of this, a few seconds of that. Although he fell off (imho, of course) in the early 90's, he did do a mildly interesting remake of some YMO tracks a few years back... butter, sashainboston
