actually i think vivenza had some rhythmic material as well. yes, esplendor
geometrico did have a lot in common with some of the noisier aphex tracks.
i used to let a dj i know borrow my bruitiste comp. (w/ e.geometrico) and
he would mix them into aphex twin or revolting cocks or similar
(industrial/body music).
another one you forgot was le syndicat. i saw a lot of similarities
between them and esplendor geometrico. the cd that was released last year
was a retrospective from what i remember. i think they are still in the
process of re-issuing older albums onto cd.
