i haven't heard The Process yet so i can't comment, but i have listened to Furnace by Download several dozen times and I *do* think it is (mostly) inside the fuzzy limits of idm. in fact, i've received a few emails from list members based on my recommendation of it and they all liked it... admittedly it definitely stretches the definition of "what is idm" but i think that's a good thing. last thing i want to hear is another by-the-numbers detroit tribute.

listen again. philth's new "off and gone" record on harthouse is pretty amazing too - some of the best stuff i've heard lately. -- Name: Jon Email: jsd@cyborganic.com Web: http://www.cyborganic.com/bass-kittens/
