I have Vol.4 and Vol.5 on CD, and am actively looking for the others. I
tried contacting Ninja Tune directly (
http://www.ninjatune.net), and the
only volumes they offer on CD are Vol.4 and Vol.5. So I'd try there if
you want them (make sure to order from the UK distributor since the
North American one doesn't carry the older titles).
