How about WordSound? They're a bit overrated IMO, but Spectre's "Second
Coming," Ice's "Bad Blood" and Scotty Hard's "Return of Kill Dog E" seem to
fit the bill for what you're explaining... Techno Animal have also featured
raps on a few releases, though the only specific one I can remember now is
Radio Hades (I wasn't incredibly impressed with it).
