Richard James somehow reminds me of Prince (or <-O+>, or who the hell you are supposed to call him these days...), who is also said to have hundreds of unpublished tracks in his vaults. But instead of publishing the best of the crop, Prince hasn't put out any decent records in years. And I think there's a danger that this could also happen to RDJ. Listening to the mixes on 'Ventolin' recently I wondered if AFX is really just taking the piss and putting his listeners, his record company, the media, and just everybody on... We know that he could do better than this, IMHO! But maybe he doesn't want to.

Don't hold your breath, though. Kubrick sacked the original score writer Harry North, who was supposed to do the music for '2001: A Space Odyssey', and used instead the classical orchestral scores by Richard Strauss, Gyorgy Ligeti, et al. ('Also Sprach Zarathustra', 'Die Blaue Donau' etc.). And knowing that Kubrick usually works for years for one film, I wouldn't be too surprised if this would eventually happen with RDJ, too... And I would really like to see Stanley's face when he hears one of the tracks by Richard :)
