^^^^^^^ umm, didn't they collaborate once before as NWA? :) hip hop is/was cool, but it seems rather lifeless these days. i think rap is quickly becoming a zombified form of music. it's very formulaic and redundant. i liked rap and hip hop a lot 8 years ago, but my musical tastes have always been leaning towards electronic dance music. so, while i'll stray occasionally and totally groove on eric b and rakim, or nirvana, ultimately i come back to binging on techno. IMO, there is no rap worthy of supporting these days, so by default i'm doing my part to euthenate it. i'm getting admonished by a roommate as i write this. he says "what about the beastie boys?" well, i hardly call the beastie boys hip hop much less rap anymore. i think they would say the same thing too. ......p......
