I would bet that the Seattle System 7 is just too small too have noticed by Apple and sued yet. But they will be. Apple Computer Inc sues people more often than anyone except Apple Music UK ( ie : The Beatles ). Just don't be sure you've actually got a name for your band until you get a Federal Trademark on it ( or the UK equivalent ). Here in Bellingham, Zephyr records ( very small store ) got threatened with a lawsuit from Disney because there was a tiny Mickey Mouse-like image on a piece of hand-made Fimo jewelry !!
