i don't know where james buys his records but any decent record shop
should let you hear stuff before purchase-you can't just go on
reviews and recommendations as all views are subjective.
it can be hard to form an opinion and hence make a decision about a
tune when its being skimmed through by a grumpy record assistant, but
i tend to find my judgement in shops is pretty accurate after
listening to new records at home.
nevermind you can always take them to vinyl exchange
