Sorry lance but I have heard this release and must disagree. The r.a
underwater version has mis-lead you.. Sator Rotas is Marcus Schmickler's
follow up to Wabi Sabi and continues in the 'electroacoustic tradition' of
the initial release, like the first and other classics of the genre, it
starts of sparse and ends in density. All kinds of known and unknown
sounds are incorporated and the end result is stunning! There is no 'pop'
or beats and no 'grinding electronic noise' .. just stunning atmosphere's
textures and dynamics...(although it does get pretty overwhelming/intrusive
towards the end) the best release I have heard in 00! .. however if you
can't live without your 'tunes' and like to use phrases such as 'dick
pulling music' than apologies buster chops for this ain't a release for you,
otherwise lap it up in large doses - a must!

ps: why didn't someone tell me my super collider disc had a cd rom and 2 mp3
tracks before - I just put in computer 1st time and voila - bonus!
