I belive the first one is correct - on the album it uses the greek letter mu, which some people might misinterpret as a cursive u. It is the Greek mu, but it seems that "u" is the standard ASCII equivalent for it (at least, that's what everyone used on alt.drugs when talking about micrograms, back when I still read that group).
