Just before Christmas I heard a Solar Quest 12" that was pressed on red vinyl with a white patterned label. I vaguely remember it sounding throbbingly acidic, but the b-side had some subtle goodies in the background that made it stick in my memory at the time. Can anyone put a name to this? Rang

Hmm.... The only Solar Quest I have is a Choci's Chewns (CC 013) red vinyl 12" with Cosmosis on the A-side and Acid Crumble on the B-side. I know he's done other tracks on the label, including Acid Air Raid and Acid Eye Full, so I couldn't be sure which one's you heard. For me, Choci's is pretty much a can't-miss label though. It's not all that thislisty, but their stuff is just banging, melodic acid-trance that I eat up every time... :) - Matthew

I have seen 2 Solar Quest 12" of late, one has one track on one side and two on the other (don't remember the title), the one I have is Into the Machine/Acid Eye Full. all of their 12" tracks are very acideee.
