Not Seefeel - there is a 5-track EP with the original mix, one each by the other two artists mentioned, and two by Andrew Weatherall. None of the mixes are anything special, and the album the song is taken from is SHIT. I really can't emphasise this enough - DO NOT BUY THE NEW PRIMAL SCREAM ALBUM, IT IS RUBBISH! If you like poor Rolling Stones albums, the lads themselves have a new one out soon.

Nope. Someone else mentioned Portishead (4 miles from where I grew up!). The single is wonderful, but for some reason it is 150% more expensive than a standard CD single, which I can't understand - 5 mixes of the same song, about 26 minutes, so it doesn't break the rules about what constitutes a mini-album, but it is about six quid instead of the usual four. Anyway, the music itself is a beautiful jazzy dance song. Andrew. Andrew Norman, Leicester, England | Jedermann sein eigner Fussball nja@le.ac.uk |

Good call, A.J. - but all you folks out there in trance land who haven't listened to Primal Scream's _Screamadelica_ should try and find it in some used bin somewhere. There are some good Weatherall/Orb mixed-tracks on the disc, and the band is out of the psychedelic rock phase of _Sonic Flower Groove_ and not quite into the Memphis Horns/Rolling Stones phase of the latest piece of wax. beg to differ.. dust bros mix is excellent, needs one good 2. wetherall one is totally different from the orig.

can believe this. I thought most of the old album sounded like a poor imitation of the stones beggars' banquet lp. Couldnt understand why they were/are so popular. Dont fight it feel it is all time classic, but seemingly due solely to wetherall, not to scream.

well its 4.99 in HMV, and they even had a 2.49 special deal when it 1st came out. One mix on my 12" is really scratchy (pressing) which is annoying, but the tunes are SO goooood. Chris.
