why is everyone complaining about WIRED's review of Aphex? If one person buys the tunes and loves it then thats one more person turned on to IDM which is what we want right? Even bad press is better than no press... a lurker in the True North Strong and Free

Besides, what we really ought to be yelling about is the *intensely* stupid dismissal of techno in the latest Rolling Stone (in a review of a _Messiah_ album for pete's sake!) But what do you expect from a rag that hails Counting Crows as the "hottest band in America" or whatever excuse they're using to put a tired retro band on the cover every week. Actually, WIRED featured the latest Messiah album (_21st Century Jesus_?) as its microwavable disc o' the month. Anyone out there heard it and can comment to the validity of their burning? ;-) Personally, "Temple of Dreams" is one of the more fun "techno-house" tunes I've ever heard, with the exception of some early TKK.
