Ya, I noticed him in the zine about a month ago... I didn't mention it to
you guys? I musta forgot.
Have any of you had the pleasure of hearing Taylor's Human Mesh Dance (HMD)
CD called Hyaline? It's been out for a while on Instinct.
Tracks 2 ("Sunflower") and 3 ("Dahlia" - featured on Instinct's Chill Out!
compilation) are my favorites -- sheer bliss! Definitely IDM material.
Also, on Taylor's own label, Havoc Music, he has a compilation CD called
Galaxies: An Excursion Through Technospace. One song on this CD can cause
one to have an epiphany, especially if under chemical influences; :)
the song is called "IO" by City of God. Credited to Darshan Jesrani and
Manish Sehgal..and oh my GOD! While I'm writting this I'm just now realizing,
is this Darshan & Manish on the IDM list? Whoa...this is QUITE a coincidence!
I didn't even realize...
Well hey, I wanna give you guys the biggest complement possible: I think
every ambient/IDM DJ should have this song on 12". Do you have it on vinyl??
:):)
Even Bloo (Avi) pointed out that the track is God-like...
OK, well, I'm going to go chill out to it now...bye. :)
