While we (some) are on the topic of the list name / content / idm -> edm etc., i thought i'd add my view... I like this list pretty much the way it is, but i'd like to see a similar list devoted to the more upbeat end of the scale. so, what i'd like to see ideally, is this list for vegging techno (you could call it cpdm-couch pot. dance music , electronic dance music for those who are so fucked they cant stand up, let alone dance.) Where we can feel free to digress to discussing the 'roots' of 'idm' etc, and other music, which although might not be 'i' or 'd' is relevant in some way. Id then like 2 see a list which serves to cater for music which is primarily dance floor / dj orientated, ie. trance/house etc etc. There would obviously be a reasonable crossover between the 2, but i think a lot of people would prefer to stay at one end of the spectrum only, thus requiring 2 seperate lists, rather than broadening out one (this)list - god knows theres enough on here already! Chris.
