Carl Craig, whom I had slighted by bringing into disrepute his 69 '4 jazz
funk classics'.
I totally withdraw my previous statement wrt this vinyl, I've just
relistened to said record and...
the track that Andy Weatherall drove a whole crowd mad with, at
Sabresonic, teasing and taunting with it's hypnotic and addictive melody,
is none other than 'my machine' from the aforementioned EP. I had it all
along. Duurrrr. Sinks in to floor at this point....
"very disappointed"...bollocks... it's awesome!! (But I still don't like
ladies & gentlemen....However it could grow on me :)
I also discovered that the 'ragga machines' interlude bit during 'my
machine' is very very familiar. Is this the original source of many
samples? (likely) or was it sampled? (less likely)
