Actually, chris@minsk.docs.uu.se convinced me to buy it yesterday... I haven't listened to it very thoroughly yet, but my first impression was that it was very well produced (hit me right in the solar plexus, good production always does...) but perhaps a bit divergent/soulless... Well, my first impressions seldom last, so I'll probably have a different opinion when I've listened to it a coupla times...to early to tell now As for my first question, I seem to have left the [drivel mode] on as usual, cuz what I meant was: "Anything else special I ought to check out?" (from the London scene I mean) ^^^^ Paul Rafanello wrote:

What does Sandoz sound like compared to Xon? I mean I love the Xon EP but I didn't like Kirk's latest album (the one on WARP I mean). So, am I going to like "Digital Lifeforms"? Fredrik

I'm looking forward to hearing _Lifeform_ to see if they've got the head/heart balance right this time. ----------------------------------------------------------------- dave walker, detroit art services _ marmoset@msen.com play sim freeke

I didn't like Kirk's latest album (the one on WARP I mean). So, am I going to like "Digital Lifeforms"?<< I've not heard of Xon, so I can't compare them. If you don't care for Kirk's "Virtual State", then skip "Digital Lifeforms". The track "Digital Lifeforms" is worth the price of the disc alone. 8080808080808080808080808080808080808080808080808080808080808 0 Paul Rafanello Internet: 808STATE@DELPHI.COM 0 8080808080808080808080808080808080808080808080808080808080808
