Yeah, Teep, that soaring vocal from "Papua New Guinea" is from Dead Can Dance. There are many DCD compositions that have vocals like that, in that style, but that particular sample is taken from "The Host of Seraphim". The lyrics in the original are in latin, but since FSOL only used a snippet from the original, it may or may not contain any actual meaning. The singer's name is Lisa Gerrard, and I wish she would be my wife or something. Brad.
