WRONG!!! Morris did them himself! He`s quite embarrased to hear them now, but as you can probably guess he was off his nut when he did it... plus although Sun Ra`s track sounds totally different, the whole concept/idea was copied by Morris. In case y`all didn`t know, Morris is quite a fanatical Sun Ra fan, and he seriously believes that Sun Ra is on Saturn and not dead... Trance God wrote:

Very good question! I`m trying to do that now, I`ve got more Parliament samples than Ice Cube, Snoop Doggy Dogg and Digital Underground and it`s sounding wierd... Plus, qris, P-funk is slightly relevant because Parliament had loads of Moog sounds, and the same space fixation that a lot of idm has. Aaand, Parliament`s keyboardist Bernie Worrell has just recently done an idm album with Bill Laswell of Material fame! So there! And, lest we forget, Jazz Is the Teacher... Andrew Thomas wrote:

Nice one! You won`t be disappointed! I wish one of the people that`s already got one would send in a review! I expect qris will when he gets his... and yes, you can get IRC coups at the post office. I think you need 2... Qris wrote:

and pears me old china (or words to that effect)... It could well have been as Morris is quite good mates with him. He has a lot of respect for the Dreadheads, but not the Trusties (US yuppie versions of our crusties, with trust funds - hence the name). Bye! Brendan Nelson Lost Transmission From Cowley

Speaking of "I've got more ... " and Old Farts, for some reason this line reminded me of "Basketball Jones" - "I got more moves than Ex-Lax!" :)

Lest we forget, "Jazz" ends in "zz" ... :)

As for Captain Crunch, he looks like he's 50-something ... pretty cool that he gets out and shakes his booty, if'n you ask me ... "Not dead, yet!" Only 4 1/2 years to 40-something-hood, - Greg
