Well, actually Pete moved to New York and is currently in a common-law marriage with Lydia Lunch who both collaborate with the Orb (Alex, Thrash, Frank Sinatra, Stan Kenton and 2 of the Shirelles) part-time. Look for his (quite popular) pen-name -RICH^H^HARD JAMES /qBL00DY HELL- on the new 5LP/4cd Orb double-gatefold release "Big Fluffy Clouds live remixed remixes 94." I think Pete plays the accordion on track 32. I don't have the track name though as they are only identified by scratch-n-sniff panels in the booklet. I think it smells like a burnt chocolate used gym sneaker, but then again so does tracks 48, 2, 13, 22, 14, and 50 (Bingo!) As for XDZebra, a certain animal rights group felt the name was a slight to certain species and thus after a drawn out legal battle, the name was changed to XDAnimalswithstripesofblackandwhite to be more correct. You can find it in the XDFTP site FTP12/klxwty,megafoo:12:3:Pinto in the directory : /top/next-to-top/still-alittle-lower/watchyourhead/almost-there/reviews Oh, I forgot to mention this is only accesible to users on the FishNET network connecting both machines in Antarctica. All files are compressed with Mu-zip (pronounced myoo-zeep') so don't forget to pick up the shareware decompressor De-load on your way out. Of course, the reviews mainly cover the growing number of artists composing with samples from Electronic greeting cards, but they're still well written (8/10). But seriously, he was just on idm today (wasn't he?) I haven't tried digging up any XDZebra's lately, but Pete seems to post quite a bit, so he's definitely around. In fact by the time I get around to finishing this message, he will have probably answered your question. Jeez. I gotta get out of the house more...
