people are going to do what they want, regardless of what some utopian says. Everybody's view of the prefect world is different. I guess the most agreed upon constant is tolerance. But, you seem confused as to why Pearl Jam sucks, and Robin S. sucks, and even 2 Unlimited (god is this alt.rave?). I'll explain: waveriding, squeezing the buck, being pretty faces who have their music written for them? Well, I dunno about pearl jam. MOST people use music for different reasons than those on IDM. I think so anyway. I dig deep into music, meaning not that I have some sort of comprehension that noone else has, but instead, that I care to listen to this music over and over and probably will listen to it 5 years from now. I can't say further than five years because I'm only a college-er and I have no idea what will happen when I graduate. I might join alt.yanni (ho ho ho). nuttily yours, stewart
