I did a reply post last week - suggesting that we do do this 'best of
decade'
poll after the '99 poll. I think this is the best way to do so. And then we
can compare the 'best of 99' with the 'best of the decade'.
Thanks to all who have sent in their lists. Keep them coming...

Just a suggestion for contributors/compiler:
"Best of the decade" is very broad. It's probably
a good idea to separate them into three catergories
based on the three "intelligent" lists of the Hyperreal
scale (ambient, IDM, 313). Then people could
contribute three, two, or one, but the data would be
a little more consistent. After all, it's weird to compare
From Within with Plastikman, or Speedy J with Jochem
Paap's FAX output, or whatever. Also what about
singles/compilations of work? Should these be eligible -
especially if they contain pre-1990 work (ala Kevin
Saunderson, Juan Atkins, Derrick May CD's, etc.)?
So many questions.
Matt
