I can't express enough how exciting it is to find music through the
web that appeals to my marginal sensibilities. These are strange
times as I witness the musical establishment remain peevish and
cold towards the changing tides, while the quite underestimated
sounds of the web seem to be equally oblivious to reality.
What does this make of the existing communities huddled around
piles of real stuff, hoarding plastic & paper fabrication of presentation?
What could become of the million bytes on my feral little hard drive
when the hydro lakes run dry?
The futility of objects is to be admired.
Still if I listen carefully to the noise between the static, I can hear the
music of a new generation. An evolution of everything that has come
before this point in time.
We are all responsible for this situation. We all like technology.
