"Suffer Well" UK - Mute BONG 37 (commercial 7" single, release date: March 20th, 2006) 1. Suffer Well (Metope Vocal Remix) 2. The Darkest Star (Monolake Remix) http://www.depechemode.com/playingtheangel/index.html#sufferwell has an mp3 preview of the monolake track (and all the others on the page). never heard of metope or basteroid before, but a quick surf over to http://areal-records.com/ has left me somewhat impressed. other names on the remix list are tiga, alter ego and narcotic thrust. DM had a DJ spinning incredible minimal techno before their set on this past tour, looks like it was more than a passing fliration. does anyone here happen to know who was DJing their shows, at least in america? d. --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: idm-unsubscribe@hyperreal.org For additional commands, e-mail: idm-help@hyperreal.org

basteroid "against luftwiderstand" is one of the best quote-unquote minimal tracks i've ever heard. http://www.discogs.com/release/113311 . his newer ones i don't like quite as much, but i haven't heard the last two records yet. metope is equivalently delicious, i have one on sender that's really good.
