still more complaints, yes. now that the text of the messages have been completely removed to
attachments leaving only the table of contents in the body of the digest, it is impossible to reply
to anything without cutting and pasting into a reply email. furthermore, since the reply-to address
is idm-digest-help@ it means that the address has to be edited as well.
