I maintain the 'audio-logic' blog which will have links to IDM and indie music resources. To all, I have been running a music blog since 06.2004 that focuses on idm (as well as the various other subgenres of electronic), alt hip-hop, noise, experimental, indie etc I try my best to be a news source for the more eclectic and unusual but, to be honest, this mailing list is perhaps one of the best resources for info on 'idm'... often my posts started its life by a suggestion or news that was found on idm@hyperreal. <a href="http://www.thewitnessexchange.net>The Witness Exchange</a> A few of the features include: *RSS feed that doubles as a podcast (obvious) *Sections devoted to netlables, webradio, hard and software *Local New Orleans area event calendar *Direct links to lots of freely available online music *Theme for a local magazine called Antigravity If you visit, please keep in mind that, due to Hurricane Katrina, I am only just now starting to get the blog back up to full speed and the calendar is pretty much empty (some of our best venues went under). There will be much more content (news, music, etc) as time permits while we get our lives back together down here in New Orleans. Some sections are a bit thin right now but I am working on really pulling everything together as originally intended. Also, I am looking for more reader submitted material/news so if you like the blog, please keep TWX in mind when you come across a track or info that you think people should know about. I'd like TWX to become a much more reliable resource, particularly for the 'idm' genre(s). Add my email addy to your address book if you have to, lol.
