Hi, everyone,
I'm playing in San Francisco this Friday, "Digital Bliss 2005,"
featuring an all-female electronic musician lineup. How incredibly rare
is that? My set is from 1-2, but you should really just go for the
entire thing--lots of great people will be performing and, like I
said--how *exceedingly* rare is this???
And I've got this badass compilation out now on my label called
Subvaritrax. Check it:

That's it for now... short and sweet.

rooms will feature back-to-back performances from some of the best
underground and new music being produced. And, for the second year in a

Lynda Arnold is Divasonic. Her sound is a blend of electronic beats

Check out her latest album ‘Birth.’ Divasonic is featured on the debut
progressive house and world music album by the ‘Spiritual Brothers’
released by EMI Middle East and Germany in 2004.

spectrum to bold use. Her style ranges from sparse and sparkling to
richly symphonic, blending elements of downtempo, triphop, drum and
bass, breakbeats, and electro-pop to create a potent fusion set ablaze
with siren vocals as riveting as they are intimate. Check out her latest
album ‘Gravity.’

Along with running a geeky jewelry design company (Zelle), an online
magazine (Modsquare), and the subVariant record label, Liz McLean
Knight produces bright, melodic IDM . She takes a funky machine-noise
groove,
combines it with a pretty melody and adds a sprinkling of glitched-out
textures. Think along the lines of early Autechre, Aphex Twin, or Four
Tet, with some fleeting, glitchy-minimal-techno moments. Her DJ
sets—as Liz Revision--feature the finest in
melodic-yet-structurally-challenging IDM, prominently featuring
Modsquare net-releases and selected tracks that fit her electronic,
quirkily-subversive sensibility. Quantazelle is featured in XLR8R
Magazine in October 2005!
Laura Scarborough (Austin)

her former band Laura Scarborough Project. She is currently developing
an electronic music project ‘Lila’s Medicine’ with Bill Sarver (OHN),

del Sol (a fire performance troupe),and performing solo piano/voice gigs

better known for its laid back house style. Three CD releases, “Live
with Friends and Family“ (2004), “Gold“ (2002), and “CityDweller“ (2001)
have put her unique mix into the hands of thousands. Her latest track
Your Love [Whatwithall], written with co-producer Russ Arteaga, is
featured on the CD ”Altered Evidence” (2004), a compilation CD including
