i don't think i ever see anyone talking about ghostly (and spectral) or their artists or dj's here. although now that i think of it there may have been a thread about midwest product awhile back. and people talk about solvent here, but more in context of his other label releases. i'm liking dykehouse, mobius band, and skeletons+the girl faced boys on the rockier side; the spectral comp, james cotton/tadd mullinix, and dj derek plasaiko on the dancier/electro side. i already knew of lusine from his hymen releases, and i just got a peter grummich cd on shitkatapult. matthew dear and plasaiko are playing nyc on 11.23, i plan on going. comments, discussions, overviews...? i recently saw mobius band live: http://echoplex.blogspot.com/2005/11/loving-sounds-of-static.html as well as skeletons: http://echoplex.blogspot.com/2005/10/see-way.html d. --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: idm-unsubscribe@hyperreal.org For additional commands, e-mail: idm-help@hyperreal.org

I live in Seattle. I have and enjoy several of the records you mentioned. They're all worth noting and as good as can be. I have recently cited them as among my favorites in various correspondence. Especially Twine. I plan on getting the rest of Twine soon. Twine - newest Mobius Band - The Loving Sounds of Static, City vs Country Solvent - Solvently One Listens, Elevators and Oscillators, Apples and Synthesizers All good. --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: idm-unsubscribe@hyperreal.org For additional commands, e-mail: idm-help@hyperreal.org
