The "Berlin" (Seele) CD on Silentes is another fine addition to this label's discography which also features projects several by Rod "DEEPchord" Modell - if that doesn't speak volumes, nothing does. In my new job (from the assembly line to an office!) I can play things in my tower, but not as loud as they need to be played. I need to get some headphoes/earbuds, an mp3 player or something. Anyway, this has some nice, rich, dubby-click vibes - thought I heard a Mideastern motif in the last track. I'll have to take this one in the car with me as I run to the post office in a sec - first, I'll need to pry the Lorber/Sikora cdr (Nummer 6 - the track in question is Rumbarumbarumba 1. Amazing) out of the player - and that's a tall order! jeff

Yeah - I've GOT to get some headphones! Not much dub or click to this at all, but still a great CD. Predominantly idm meets ambient with a few rabbit-trails. On track has a latinesque feel, one sounds like Luke Vibert remixed with some classic IDM tweaks. Just goes to show that office volumes just don't get it at all. jeff
