I'm putting this out to your greater wisdom... if you've got RJD2's Deadringer : track #3 "Smoke & Mirrors" has a vocal sample on it that goes 'who knows what tomorrow will bring, maybe sunshine, maybe rain'. I know I *know* it and it's been comfortably familiar ever since I first heard the song - but now it's really bugging me that I can't place who / what it is! I sort of feel it could be Savoy Brown??? Listened to a few tracks I have off Raw Sienna era and the voice doesn't quite match - maybe slowed down? - but I can't find it. This got me rooting through my stash of oldies and I'm all awash in nostalgia (BAD thing on a cloudy Friday morning!!!) I've attempted Googling but although there are several references to 'haunting vocals' etc etc, there is no actual source given for that particular sample. I don't have the original packaging (ahem!), so don't know whether details are listed (?) Please help (she said rather hopelessly in pure trainspot mode). Advance thanks if anybody has a clue, although you're probably all too YOUNG to remember :-) I * --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: idm-unsubscribe@hyperreal.org For additional commands, e-mail: idm-help@hyperreal.org

http://www.timothymark.com/ I'm Gonna Live Who knows what tomorrow will bring maybe sunshine or rain, happiness or pain blue skies may turn to gray doesn't matter to me 'cause I'm livin' for today some people live from fear to fear watching the days stretch into years the future is always hard to see just not for me Chorus Cause I'm gonna live like there's no tomorrow with an eye on eternity I'm gonna give my life to the one who died to give this life to me and I'm gonna celebrate each breath I take letting go of yesterday I'm gonna live like there's no tomorrow today So walk on and never look back you'll never get anywhere if you're living in the past breath deep and go with the flow it's the art of letting go Some people leave their lives to fate caught in the choices that they make looking for answers overdue but it's up to you Chorus words and music by Timothy Mark ©1995 Global Outreach Music/BMI.
