for SF itself i think the Bay Guardian has the best listings, sfbg.com.
someone who actually lives there will probably cut in with something
better and snidely diss my South Bay ass.
metroactive.com has the club/live show listings for the peninsula,
south bay and other areas. thewavemag.com is good and sports the
immense advantage of having Seanbaby writing for them.
PJ Harvey's playing a couple of dates around that time -- it's
not explicitly electronic but god-damn she puts on a good show.
I'm going to the Santa Cruz gig on the 20th because I greatly prefer
the Catalyst to GAMH.
