I am a HUGE Plastikman fan and saw Rich perform 10 years ago live in Detroit (legendary party) and I have to say, I wasn't that impressed with his Mutek set. I thought the Raster Noton showcase Thursday night at SAT blew Plastikman away, both visually and aurally. from my understanding the show was also meant to be longer and there were things that were supposed to happen with the show, but didnt. im sure that comes with the disappointment. i came in expecting nothing. i had no idea if this was a show that would make you want to just sit on the floor and close your eyes the whole time or dance around like a maniac. i really enjoy what i heard and saw, i also thought the vibe of the night was great, too.
