a while back i obtained MP3s of Falter's Taumelflug EP. three tracks of
high quality floating dub, not unlike some of the better mixes of Pub's
Summer, or Kit Clayton's Nek Sanalet LP. i slept on these for too long,
but today discovered the entire EP is available as a free download from
netlabel Thinner. here's the URL:

the Taumelflug EP is encoded at 192 kbps, joint stereo, and the sound
quality is good. i dig the animated artwork.
several more releases are available, which i intend to start checking
out. any recommendations on what to try first?
Thinner's site is clean, and includes links to several more netlabels,
only a few of which i am familiar with.
oh yeah, and the label is German. god, how i wish i lived in Germany.
