14 tracks and not even a single filler, its really a great record. In parts sounds kind of like the first Astrobotnia release. thats the only record i can compare it with and ofcouse the EP for some months ago. much better than his first full-lenght...and i guess the best release from Warp for a long time.

Totally disagree. Clarence Park was much better. Most things going on. Empty the bones just sounds like a bunch of good stuff all put into one big multi-track. Not as clever or fun as Clarence. - a On Thursday, June 19, 2003, at 08:17 AM, Peter Heide wrote:

The new Chris Clark album has been in constant rotation here for a few weeks. Totally impressed with this one (as compared to Clarence Park).. Chris is supposed to be touring with Plaid and Luke Vibert this fall too! We've got a full review that will hit IglooMag.com closer to the release date, but in the meantime here's a short intro-blurb to the review.. Chris Clark :: Empty The Bones of You (Warp, CD) "...Conceived on the US leg of Warp's Magic Bus Tour in 2002, Chris Clark developed and tweaked Empty The Bones of You to a finite point where flooded ambiences and faded memories dance with deserted beats. Distorted vocal clips ricochet off textured hip-hop grooves while cemented basslines flourish in a sea of digital decay..."
