Hello friends- OMCO joins forces with DUNES this month to bring you two one-of-a-kind shows featuring friends from the Portland neighborhood and guests from abroad. All events take place at Dunes, 1909 NE MLK, 21+. These shows are free-- so come on down and drink a lot, cool out in Dunes' new AC, and support the artists. Please forward this email to interested parties and friends, the shows will not be listed in the local papers. If you haven't been to Dunes yet, it's Portland's coziest club and is totally open to all manner of musical marginalia. All are welcome to attend! Sunday, June 15 OMCO performance veteran, Chicago's Miles Tilmann is back supporting his new release on Toytronic and is bringing his friends from the world-class M3RCK and Musik aus Strom labels: Mr. Projectile, Adam Johnson, and Oregon's own Deceptikon, who rocked a great set of soul-soaked downtempo IDM alongside Nudge last week at Holocene. Will sound beautiful on the Dunes soundsystem... Saturday, June 21 Crew mainstays Nice Nice and Valet bring the rocktronica jams for us tonite laying the groundwork for guests Aelters and Secret Mommy. Aelters hails from northern France where he is part of the great band DAT Politics. His glitch-can-be-fun aesthetic is dynamic and playful, and well-matched with Secret Mommy's glitch-is-your-friend! aesthetic. Secret Mommy is Orthlorng Musork's newest signing, from Vancouver BC. See hometown Cascadians go head to head with Canadians and Europeans!! Over wine, beer, pumpkin bread, and laptops... more info, contact paul@archigramophone.com
