Couple of new tracks posted on 8bitrecs.com last week:
Matt Robson, a long time contributor to the Leeds music scene, having
played in a plethora of acts, including the most wonderful Hood, gives us
an example of his beautifully organic and emotional take on electronica as
Random Number.

Esa Ruoho, better known perhaps as Lackluster, has provided a sublime four
track mash-up of his ambientdrone works which predate, yet compliment his
outing on U-Cover for their limited pressing ambient album range.

Patience Worth rounds out the latest new additions with two tracks of
shimmering experimental electronics.

On Highpoint Lowlife ...
Now we shouldn't get too ahead of ourselves, but it looks like the
Dalglish project is finally going to print.
More news on that as it comes.
In the meantime, we have added a few copies of releases by Chris' more
well known pseudonym - O.S.T. to our online shop.
We have some copies of two older releases - 'Deflect' on Emanate records,
'Fashion for Passion' on Dial records, and a few copies of his latest
'Does Not Play Well With Others' on Polyrhythmic records.
I think some of these are pretty hard to find in stores, and when i say
we only have a couple, i mean like 4 of each!
In the pipeline for the very near future we have two solo projects by San
Francisco artist Nyles Lannon, guitarist and keyboard player with Film
School - one album of winsome acoustic guitar and vocal oriented work with
quiet electronic underpinnings and another full length of gorgeous melodic
electronica.
aii-ght!
cheers,
thorsten
