I sold mine a year and a half ago for more than that and was paid within 5 minutes of the auction end... When I bought it I paid for it immediately. When you want something enough to shell out that kind of money you tend to want to sort it out right away! However that copy was absolutely mint - I'd played it only a few times and treated it with great care when I did, and it was obvious the previous owner had too. I noticed the condition of this one on EBAY was only listed as good with crackles, and had been played a lot, so $250 is probably a reasonable expectation of what you will get for it (I think the standard "Record Collector Guide" puts a record in this condition at 25% of mint value?)
