here's some stuff for ya
esem - enveloped (defocus)
this cd is still available through various mail order places tho from
what ive heard defocus is dead. this cd consists of relatively minimal
tracks, very much in the vein of hermann and klein, telefon tel aviv,
ulrich schnauss, etc. some breaks and glitch-hop style beats are to be
found here along with some very sweet and wonderful, i really mean,
wonderful melodies. production is great, my understanding is the tracks
were written in fast tracker 2 and then post-mastered in logic audio. i
was able to find this cd through polar bear online in the uk.

esem - serial human (merck)
the follow up to the previous cd. this cd very much dwells in the
shadows of autechre. there is alot of very, very obvious reference to
autechre. however the melodic content of the previous cd carries
through here, and once again the abtract percussive structures are
inhabited by wonderfully sweet melodies. a very very intricate and well
produced cd, this could happily sit on your cd shelf next to the ae
discs :) although their shadow rests over this cd, that does not make
it any less of a brilliant piece of idm. also composed, as i
understand, in ft2 with logic audio mastering.
