what i mean, is that if i took a sample of say a lion roaring and wanted it to
morph into a totally different sound like er, a fire engine sample.
like with morphing pictures, the program pics out certain points in the
samples that are similar and is able to change one sound into another
seamlessly by doing many things at the same time such as crossfading, variable
beat matching and eq and other effect adjustments, so that one sound changes
into another without you noticing it.
