I saw Jan in Montreal last June as part of Mutek and thought his set was good. Used a laptop with some hardware and that night was playing his usual abstract, hazy sound. The same night Luomo played and that blew my mind so I really didn't slot away too many details about Jan's set to elaborate further. I wouldn't hesitate to see what he'll play if you like his recordings.
