My rant yesterday came off rather bad, but after reading everyones post

felt the need to apologize. This was totally the wrong move. To be
seen as
unintelegint for beleiving things could be much better than they are

for my horrible spelling) is quite funny as I was really expecting alot

people would relate to what I was saying. I realize it wasn't the best
way
to say it. So I should apologize for the way it sounded.
But I can't beleive that, with all the advances the world has made in
communications and technology (including war technology) that we haven't
come up with anything better for space-travel. I know it probably has
to do
with the lack of government enthusiasm post space race and the lack of
money
that creates.
I was actually hoping that others would beleive that. I was wrong,
sending
people up in outdated craft is, I suppose just part of the danger. I
must
have been out of my mind to think that hell, there must be a better way
to
send someone to space than strapping them to a giant bottle rocket with
a
guidance system. Again, just part of the danger. I guess, just like
anything else once we find something that works we should stick with it.
Sorry this post is moronic too. (in case you haven't noticed I'm being
sarchastic, oh, and I can't spell sarchastic)
