Was he the Asian dj guy who did an 80's mashup type thing? He was cool, but I thought the trio before him Nommo Ogo stole the show. Reminded me of the Lustmord vs Metal Beast cd, but darker, angrier, noisier and generally wierder. Who stayed for the entire show? VSnares didn't finish up 'til about 3:30 AM, and I really wanted to hear OST who was setting up after Aaron, but after working that morning, driving 6 hours up from LA and enduring the onslaught of that show for multiple hours, I was spent. hi idm league, don't know who caught the venetian snares show in san francisco, but the guy who played before him, optic, was real interesting at times. http://www.isolaterecords.com/optic.html just downloading the mp3s now.

yeah i think so... i walked in midway through nommo ogo, and was in the back and breaks between people seemed nonexistent ... kind of bled together so i may be attributing some stuff to optic that was actually nommo ogo, but the last song that optic played was definitely my favorite of the night, real friendly hooks-like On Wednesday, Jan 29, 2003, at 14:09 US/Pacific, Albers, Brian wrote:
